Materials We Work In
Carbon Fiber
Flat wheel faceplates, backplates and button box panels, CNC-cut from carbon fiber sheet for a warp-free fit. Contoured or shaped parts are also available with open-mold tooling for higher-volume runs.
Aluminum
CNC-machined buttons, rotary knobs, enclosures and quick-release components, anodized to your spec.
Glass
Cover glass for dashboard displays and DDU touchscreens, sourced and integrated into your assembly.
Silicone
Molded silicone grips for steering wheels, tuned for texture and feel across a full production run.

Sim Racing Terms, Explained
Shorthand we use throughout this page, in case you're new to the category or briefing someone who is.
An external control panel with buttons, switches and encoders, usually mounted beside the wheel, housing a PCB behind a machined or carbon fiber faceplate.
The front panel of a steering wheel that carries the branding and mounting points for buttons, paddles and displays — commonly carbon fiber or machined aluminum.
The hub connector that lets a wheel be swapped on and off a wheelbase in seconds, typically a machined aluminum assembly on a bolt pattern.
Dashboard Display Unit — a small screen mounted on or near the wheel showing live telemetry such as gear, speed and lap delta, usually behind a cover glass.
